Meditating in the Early Part of the Challenge

i have learned the hard way that meditating in the early part of this challenge requires getting up and going into another room. I can't do it in bed, because my body'll be like, wer still in bed, see a and that's exactly what happened. And also, i am a middle of the night waker upper, and this has really scopped this habit. What i have found really helpful is wearing an eye mask to get myself to sleep. The one that alice hart davis raves about which has the little pressure points on to also relax your frown lines.
