What Makes Being a Mentor Valuable?

We pay a stipend, but it is most people are not doing it for the money. We want to compensate people for their time. So there's a lot of intangibles that, to me, are the biggest drivers. And i think the alumni you bring back also, you have to be selective of right? I think like not just allowing anybody who wants to be an alumni menter, tomenter.
