I thought it's very interesting that you talk about the context of use so much. What actually happens within organizations that stops things getting done and those things you have to overcome. Where do you think the dividing line is between O.D. and L.D? And should there even be one perhaps? Such an interesting area to look at. I've set up a podcast called Learning from the Edges for exactly this reason. How can we work better together across our disciplines? It's a really important area. There is sometimes a gun.
