What's the Strength of a Medical Director?

i have a very good idea of where we want to be and all the specialties that we want to have as part of our line up. But how do we structure thad? What people do? We need to har how to put together contracts, all o that sort of knitty, gritt, black and white stuff. It's things that i would procrastinit about for the next six months. Or i know that with simon. In that case, simon will have itsto, have done and turned around in the next couple of weeks. And then we'll hit the new year with a very clear strategy. And plan there too.
