What Restorative Justice Does Is Not Take Away Strategies for Public Aging

More people incarcerated here in the united states than there have ever been anywhere in the world at any point in tory. Restorative justice asks for much, much more of some one who is responsible for harm. We're asking you to care, to be creative about repairing it, to actually do the work to repair the harm and the relationships harmd yourself. Our criminal legal system asks nothing but suffering of someone required for harm - we're not asking them to do any work.
