Is There a Global Impact on Set 500 Earnings in China?
This is something not systematic, but it's going to be more industry wide. We've seen a five % devault ra in chinese highal bonds and that devault raye is going to go up. It's had more of an impact on the equity market than on the bond market. But m evergrand is the largest non investment grade issuer in the offshore corporate bond market. So i don't think this is over. This was a long return to shoe watch.
