Where Does the Environment Rate in China?

Where would you say the environment would rate on on an educated, 25 year old persons agen and shanghai, or whatever? S a really hard question to answer, because it depends what that person has access to. And i suspect a lot of them maybe not waning. Those 25 year olds who have no jobs, or whose mam or dad are politically connected or something, they're probably leading the environmental charge. But but as dent after president in america, republican or democrat, has said, American life styles are not negotiable. So we're not really prepared to do it here. Yet.
