The Importance of Enablement in Conversations

Some people with G to people will be sitting around talking and go, we should go to Hawaii. And it's like, I was just saying I like Hawaii. You don't need to do anything about it. Now ease, it's hard to tell a person with the genius of enablement that they're annoying because they're so helpful and so nice and so willing to respond. But that's exactly how they can be annoying Because sometimes you don't want them to enable you want them to disagree or to provide feedback.
