The Importance of Discipline

Simon Tisdall: I'm getting older. My dreams of any of that are long gone unfortunately, really possibly very boring answer but we live at the other end of a fire hose of information. So deciding how to use my time is obviously extremely important and I think earlier on in my career in life I would have spent more of it doing the interesting things without really making the connection between I enjoy this but is there really a point to this? Is it the best use of my time? Where is this guy? He says he was captivated by Netflix documentary The Race of the Century about Australia's great challenge against US Yachting Club.
