The Importance of an Open Mind in Business

The businesses he's talking about moving on-prem are Goldilocks businesses. He may be saving $7 million over five years, but he's also telling us that he can afford to fail because he would prefer to burn his company to the ground and not live his politics. This isn't a one size fits all situation. If you have an old school app that you have no intention of re-architecting or modernizing or even innovating on, then just let it be where it is running right now. Moving to the cloud just doesn't make sense in that case.
