Learning the User, Not the Solution

When he was at Goldman, we were building out voice solutions for our traders. What I came to realize is they don't want the bells and whistles. They just want a better system that does efficiencies from what they do today. It's really important to kind of immerse yourself, get really into that user and empathize with them.
