How to Use Staples in the Emergency Department
Anton: I would think that the patient preference for staples versus sutras was similar in the surgical literature because let's see they have about 200 milligrams of propofol running through them while they're getting the staples put in. Patients hate sometimes they show up in the emergency room wanting to come out and they complain more about having the staples taken out than when I put in sutures so personally I'll stick with my practice of avoiding staples almost entirely.
