Calcium Channel Blocker Overdose
The main issue here is the hypotension and the bradycardia. We're going to start out with some fluids and some standard fluid resuscitation probably 10 20 mils per kilo so that we can overwhelm this blockade effect. glucagon intravenously at five to 10 milligrams followed probably by an infusion if you're in hospital now. transch chitaneous pacing is also worth a go if the patient is still bradycardic despite all of these interventions. James for your standard double crude ambulances out there on the road what options have they actually got then?
