How to Store Pumpkins for the Winter?

The key to storing pumpkins, and this is old-timer knowledge. Everything I've ever learned is from the old timers telling me this or the Amish guys. The thing you're going to find with the pumpkins that I found last year was the rot will start down the stem somewhere probably most. And some things never go bad like honey. If it's truly honey from a source that they just take the caps off, spin it in the centrifuge, and then you get the honey.
