i think for many people, even people who would say they have some vague belief in god, they really don't believe in god. And soor i think that's really what it gets down to, people just lacking faith. I did remember one encounter i had since entering the monastery of m one of these seculars who just, like, didn't get it. He was a man who is a ski instuctor, but he's, he's off shift, and, um. And he's absolutely bewildered, you know. If if god doesn't exist, then what you're doing does seemke, it's a bit ridiculous.
