He is a professor of pediatrics at the Ohio State University, Chief of the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Nationwide Children's Hospital. His advice for trainees: Find an environment that is fun to go to work at. Try to find colleagues that you enjoy seeing in the morning.
