In india, philosophy has reached such himalian heights that human lungs can scarce breathe. It's a view from the top, but it's a very uncomfortable view. And i've heard in different asrams, people have told me, then somebody comes up with questions like this. The swammy in the ashram says, have you been listening to sarva prianande? All right, straight answer. What happens after enlightenment? Does the person retain an individuality? Ar, no, because we don't have an individuality even now. Even if weare non enlightened, i suppose we think we are. But according to a dwetevidanta, that's just plain wrong.
