Real Estate Investments, Not a Roth Conversion Question?

Most of our retirement nestig is tied up in real estate investment properties. We would like to retain the three rental propert until we both hit the pearly gates, so they can inherit them and not have to incur taxes on the sale of them. Our forever home will be paid for. In the meantime, the money generated from rent plus our sececurity will allow us not to have to sell the properties or touch our retirement accounts. All this is my version of roth, a tax fr of it.
