Now you're going to name the thoughts you are having about the thing. And then so I keep doing and then you're Going to name the behaviors that you've been doing. Do you see? These are the thoughts. So now you have your thoughts. Now you have your behaviors. You can do this with any of these questions or just ask yourself how much time does it take for you to get through one task before you move on to something else?
