North Korea's new female spokespeople may be a way of making Kim Jong-un look more cuddly, says Arianne Hoyle. But she thinks the real reason is to anoint a successor and show off his military might. "I don't think that he wants to be giving off anything like a cuddly image," said Hoyle.
