The Role of the Coach in the Evidence Based Community

Eric Schmitz: I think this episode would have been received differently 10 years ago. There was a lot of quote unquote, bro science and there were practices that were very obviously actively harmful. And therefore the science way is pushing is the good way of doing things. But you also have to put your coaching hat on and think, okay, why are they asking this question? Are they curious than fearful? Do they feel like they need to turn over more stones or weren't working very well? It's going to have an entirely different paradigm that they're entering with.
