The Judge's Control Over What Happens in the Case
The prosecution wants an agreement with the defense where Donald Trump will be barred from posting evidence to social media or disseminating it to the media. Their fear is that that could take the jury pool, that could intimidate witnesses. We've heard already that there have been death threats and other vile comments left for the judge, left for his staff.
