Is There a Greater Variety in the Backgrounds of Presidents?
The number of women presidents has obviously increased significantly. The number of presents of color, we've seen an incredible change in that in the last year or two. We're tapping presents of color in ways that we simply had not before. Another area, we're seeing gay presidents. There were gay presidents before, but they were not open about it. It's fascinating to see that a and that opens up the possible number of terrific candidates for these jobs.
