Talon's got an amazing culinary scene there, which is also quite surprising. Estonian food is very heavy and all kinds of meats and potatoes, very starch-y. But what they do in Talon is you're combining all kinds of cuisines from around the world. You'll have like an Asian fusion going on. And French cuisine, very, very European and international. A lot of sushi, you have a fusion Indian restaurant. So you could expect to not be disappointed there. Even if you came from New York...you'd drop into Talon and be completely satisfied.
