Sally Kohn: If Congress passes a law that says no cars can go over 65 miles per hour on an interstate highway, the court still has a little bit of wiggle room to interpret that. But if it's written in expansive language and designed to be interpreted in that way, right? Kohn: A conservative textualist court is free to say, oh, nope, sorry, we're a court. We don't do that. The law is what it is. The card says the moops. And so, you know, if you want to avoid absurdity, go to Congress, make them change the law.
