The Importance of Emotions

I think nothing leaves a mark is essentially what it is. There's nothing apart from the experience being modified by the experience like a self, and even those experiences become quite empty just like all experience becomes quite empty. And then as you said yesterday, I'm not even know if anything ever happened. Right. It's like so so hard sometimes like okay. Yeah. On the same same way with me. Like if I read the news, I do feel emotions, but I'm just not creating a like a mental strategy to try to do anything about that.Yeah, or change, try to argue with reality. right.
