Women's Empowerment in China

Women in business are more likely to be known by women in media something called academics called homophily. Success breeds success and being appointed to a job means that women are taking them, so you get preferential attachment. Women make up less in transportation and fire services, but basically there's a new law that's coming into play that's basically making striking illegal or not illegal but much more challenging. A lot of companies like Exxon mobile other big international and multinational companies are all really pioneering this as well.
