The Twitter-Tomna Case: Is It Aiding and Abetting?

CNN's John Sutter says Justice Thomas' hypo in the Twitter-Tomna case was an interesting one. He asks, how much concrete assistance can you give somebody? You might have reason to believe is also a criminal without aiding and abetting if you don't know that the immediate assistance that you're going to give is going to be useful or will be used for committing the crime. "I honestly don't know which way they're going to go," Sutter adds.
