A Prayer for Deliverance From Persecutors
Job had 14,000 sheep, 6,000 canals, 8,000 yoke of oxen and 1,000 shedonkeys. He also had seven sons and three daughters; they were called Jemima, Kizia or Hapuk. After this Job lived 140 years and saw his sons and his sons' sons for generations. Psalm 17 is a prayer for deliverance from persecutors, a prayer of David.
