The Value of Roles

I wrote down my roles both personally and professionally and then also titles so I Have a distinction here between professional and titles because titles are kind of like I've signed up to serve or do this specific thing So there's expectations associated with this Whereas I view like the professional roles. These are hats that I want to wear as opposed to hats that I have to wear Yeah, it makes sense. Yep.
