The Story of a Spider
A few hundred years ago, the man who had inherited the house left it to his servants. One of the servants tore out a nail from the window post when he was pregnant. The spider took its vengeance for its imprisonment and wiped out whole families. It would lie in wait at funeral parties and poison everyone there. No one dared to leave their houses, except for the rich man who had left the house to his servants, christian. He felt like he bore the responsibility for the monster. So he handed off the baby to his son, who couldn't have been more than ten. When they were done, Kistian sent the spider back into the darkness with prayer and iron.
