Is Lowry Marketing a Good Pick for the Bulls?

I didn't see Lowry marketing becoming whatever he's become this year. The last week he's shown signs of life, his first five or six games of the season. And if he's just this, where Giovanni Green probably should just be starting over him and playing more than him, that's just not a great sign for a Bulls team with Lonzo Ball on the shelf.
