I think that it was in the process of raising the series be there was three different investors who took serious interest in the round. We got into like a pre diligence with them and they had many questions, but they almost 100% of the questions were about the managed services business because it was generating most of the revenue. And so I would try to on the margins explain that to some of the investors just to kind of like cajole us back to center. They would flatly state like, well, that's where the revenue is that's like all our questions are going to be about where the revenueis. So I realized like, this is not good. I'm setting myself up
