You Have Jersey Italian Roots, Am I Right?

I'm a tailor ham guy. I'm from Essex County. That's solid tailor ham territory. Once we moved a little bit further south, everything's PEC sandwich or pro leg and cheese. They call them PECs down there. You remind me not just of moms, like my friends, mom's growing up, but specifically Italian moms. Am I right? You're right. I knew it.
