Is Your RMR Too Low?

If you're living at too low of an energy availability, your RMR is probably lower than you're predicted by more than 10%. And then if you can bring your energy availability up, I think you're going to find your lower intervention set point. That's what people care about whether they like it or not. A lot of people in fitness, they want to be jacked and shredded year round. But some may just be really good at going into a deficit and their body doesn't fight it as much.
