Do You Have Dependent on Third Party Services for Your CICD Project?

CICD is pretty much nobody's core business unless you have circus CI, right? But it's the tool which software developers interact with on a daily and potentially hourly basis. It's basically the idea as if like a car would buy cheap tools from someone who does good carpentry. That might actually work for a short while in some software sets but then at some point... I don't know what that could be.
