How I Got My First Job in Games User Research
Steve Brownley works with game teams to help them integrate games user research into how they work. Like many people working in games, it's a passion industry. I'm very lucky that I ended up at a university just discovering that games user research was a thing. All of that kind of coalesced into my first real job in the industry - joining PlayStation's user research team in Europe. In his time there he led research studies for big titles like Horizon Zero Dawn and PS4 VR games.
