Is a Kingdom Come Deliverance Really Realistic?

A kingdom come deliverance is uset in eastern europe, likei middle ages. It's basically, what if scyrum, but hyper realistic in everything that it does. A lot of developers have been trying to capture skyrom by going denser and more hard core. But i don't want to play a super dense game like that. I want to just kind o cruise around and get my stealth so good i can like, stand or crouch,. right? You know, like two feet in front of some one, and basically flick an arrow between their eyes and kill them, and they don't even realize i'm there. That's not realistic. It's stupid.
