What Is Serial Mouse?
When i started learning about computers, i had a serial mouse. The way that computers are architected and built, all these things sort of fit the linearn s model. And so if you don't have the ability to control exactly what the contents of a certain memory location are, then you're not goig tobe able to control that device. That's what a lot of low level code is working with those kinds of things.
