Getting Away From Technology

i hope that this has inspired some new connections. As someone who lives in oregon, i can guarantee you that this is something that is a major deficiency in place. Just do anything that you can to get away from whatever the current thing that you're trying get away from is. I will be on my trip for a week, and i will not have computer or an hypad. So my connection is to be to set a screen time on my phone so that i can't use it as my substitute for all the other technology that i would normally have.
