Isn't Nitching Down a Bad Thing?
i don't think nitching down is automatically going to be a bad thing. Our perspective on it and how it's taught, actually leads to us missing a lot of invisible elements that need to go into it. So i still think we should be vulnerable, but how we look at v needs to shift in order to make it effective. It's kind of like the y my look on vulnability, i always say that vulnerability doesn't build connection. It releases the things that we want to build connection.
