In some ways, it's a process of discovery, where youre not entirely sure of what it is that you're trying to capture. And my sense is that it might be more true this notion of revealing the big idea and perhaps even the tructure on the fly. The thing we discovered in those white board sessions,. it's a lot easier to get an sink with being on the same page then if we just simply talked about an idea - i think the term is o i it's proba to come to me later.
