Kari is more of a British word than really like a Hindi word or, you know, I believe actually, Kari comes from like a Tamil word, but yes, it does. When they spread this idea of curries around, like you said, it was more in their mind about the flavor of the mix of spices. Malaysian curries and Thai curries are kind of a different thing entirely. They are in class of its own. Yeah. But then there wasn't that much like dried spices used as a seasoning in other, in many Chinese dishes for instance.
