How to Negotiate a Flat Fee for Litigation Services
The biggest benefit is we get to answer the question of how much does it cost. Sometimes that can be also challenging because if they're litigating litigation services are not cheap, it's not like flat fee means cheaper per se. So I think that's sometimes a challenging getting them signed up for litigation services when they see the cost. But ultimately, it seems to work out.
