People are being inappropriately sold, if that's the word, IVAs when they really should have been advised about a debt relief order. The root cause of it is the high profile online of organizations that are offering IVAs. One person at least who got into rent arrears, because she was prioritizing the IVA installment over her rent. We've seen another person who took out a payday loan in order to pay the first installment of the IVA.
