The Importance of Prayer in Leadership
When I was a youth pastor starting out it got to the point where the criticism is almost going to drive me away from the ministry. The Lord gave me an iron gut and when parents would say something or someone would say something it was like they were you know punching me right in the stomach but he just didn't let it bother him. He believes that's how he survived for 34 years as the president of every home for Christ because we we went through numbers of crises over the years.
