In Canada, there is latitude for the constitutional restriction of speech. But I do not argue that the government cannot constitutionally restrict speech. The court should focus on the harm of the speech or the risk of harm of the Speech in assessing whether it's OK to talk about Holocaust denial and other extreme ideas.
