The Life of Johnny Pen
Johnny pen has been coaching for about 18 years, but it's been his bread and butter maybe for tenmaybe 11 or so. The before that initially down, i was dined lorking in forensic mental health. He then went on to become a director of a group of companies who were responsible for the recruitment of e social workers and foster carers. Now he is studying this application of strength ad conditioning in an academic setting.
