Is the Internet Helping to Increase the Number of People Believe in a Concoction Theory?
Research shows that there hasn't really been much right in how many people believe in conspiracy theories. But as turki mention, they're more available on line, and it's easier for people to find other people who also believe similar things. We see that on line, people tend to cluster and find the information they're looking for ready. The internet facilitates sort of polarization into one or another camp, but not necessarily.
