Staying Hopeful, Connecting to the Space

Jade: I'm like still thinking about that one guy that dumped me in grade 12 and how horrible he is. There's got to be somebody better than that fool who was not treating you right. Presence is so important being with what is right here and right now, because again, we can get so caught up in responding to something that happened 12 years agothat we’re missing out on life happening for us right now.
